International Assignment Exercise IAE

 

The IAE fills a particular expatriate selection need.

At the request of major global companies, SRI developed an effective, inexpensive instrument to introduce employees to international assignments.

 

The IAE is distributed to the general employee population. The IAE enables employees and spouses (or partners) and unaccompanied employees to assess the conditions in their lives for potentially living and working in another country.

Companies use the IAE in several ways.


How the IAE is structured.

The IAE contains written material for the employee and spouse (or partner's) review and a self-scored section. Self-rating provides a graphical representation of the person's perceptions for the benefits and issues for their taking an international assignment.

 

The IAE is a cost-effective screening instrument.

In addition to purchasing pre-printed individual copies of the IAE from SRI, companies can license the rights to print the IAE in-house at considerable cost savings.
