SRI Attentional and Interpersonal Style Inventory SRI / TAIS
The SRI Attentional and Interpersonal Style International Inventory (SRI / TAIS) is a 144-item, performance-based self-report inventory focusing on the competencies necessary for successful international assignments.
The inventory provides a direct link between personality characteristics and performance. The SRI / TAIS International Inventory is designed to:
