BARRY D. KOZLOFF

Barry is President of SRI Selection Research International a group of international corporate psychologists and management consultants specializing in providing companies the principal resources for global staff assessment and selection, workforce development, and performance management. Barry founded SRI with Edmund Gaydos, Ph.D. in 1978; conducting the principal research on the critical international competencies predicting international assignment success and failure (performance-related abilities and skills, cultural adaptation - personality, familial and organizational factors and conditions). Barry is recognized for co-developing a protocol of research-based international assessment and development instruments integrating global staff selection, career development and organizational planning.
